Thoughts

I have been thinking about the uses of technology in schools.  To be honest, taking my class to the computer lab is one of my least favorite parts of the school week.  I think my feelings are due to the lack of guidance in that area.  All parts of education seem to be organized and handed down to me by someone higher up.  I am unused to having the freedom to do whatever I choose.  As I pondered this, I was struck by the opportunity that I have seen in such a negative light.  How exciting it is to be able to take those 45 minutes (so many topics for the future in this sentence . . . ) and do whatever I want.  Taking time for reflection is great for an attitude adjustment.
